Plan your growth and development

You will use the “5 E’s” to plan developmental action steps for greater fruitfulness in your current role and/or equipping you for a future role.

The career pathway facilitator can help with suggestions for developmental action steps and help ensure that they are measurable, observable and achievable.  It is also helpful to have someone (your team leader or another person you trust) coach you through your action steps to help ensure their successful completion.
